No. Money and advertising do not win elections. They are for name recognition only. You win by being a genuine person who gets to know enough people in each state to support you and tell others what a great person you are. By their hard work and support you will eventually have enough votes to win on election day. Being a genuine, smart and likable person is a very hard job if you are not truly that way. This is the reason why people like John Kerry can't be elected president is because when they meet people or the people that know them well see they are insincere and have hidden agendas that are bad for America.
