May I suggest an outdoor cat? Also, will protect your home against snakes.
If you can't get into owning a cat, get someone who brushes theirs to save the hair for you and sprinkle it around the affected area. Scares the pee out of the little varmits.

get some flex steal hose tap into your tailpipe and let it run for 15 min.put in the hole.
