Does quad get more and better signals ,stronger reception? Does it provide overall better service or is it a particular feature it provides only?

Tri (three) band means that the phone supports three GSM bands / Frequency and on the other hand Quad (four) band supports four GSM bands / frequency.

GSM Bands/ Frequency includes 900Mhz, 1800Mhz ........
