why can't I get into my bulk mail showing some but when I click on it says bulk empty?

try clicking on the refresh button (F5)... the page may just need to reload.

You are clicking on empty dont do thta click on bulk you can view your bulk mail and after that what ever you wnat you can delete.But if you click on delete button then whole bulk will be empty.
