I suffered from severe mood swings with both babies, but was concerned about taking drugs and it effecting the baby.

I found that if I made an hour a day for myself, like having a bath, walking, reading ect it helped, but it will get worse as the pregnancy goes on.

Make sure you are getting all the vitamins you need, as sometimes lack of iron and folic acid can affect you.

At least you are aware of this. So many people have mood swings and they don't even recognize this. You're going to be a good mommy! You're sensitive and reflective.

Just be moody. I cried a lot . . . "I'M PREGNANT" WAAAAAAAHHHH. Be careful though, sometimes if you are moody this can be an imbalance with your hormones. And postpartum depression can affect you (after baby is born). Try to get a lot of sleep and do talk to your OB-GYN about this.

I experienced different levels of moodiness with my pregnancies also. I found that exercise always helped, no matter the mood. Try walks after dinner with your husband or a friend. Good luck!

Yes, you can drink a tea made from red raspberry leaves and blessed thistle. This will take away the nausea and help normalize your hormone levels.

Later in your pregnancy, the red raspberry will also help you to produce more and richer milk for your baby.

I would suggest taking your prenatal vitamins and a high dosage of flax seed oil capsules. The Omega 3s really do help with mood.

at some point or another i thimk we all experience something similar but if you are really concerned ask your dr. about meds, but some
natural ways to help are - make sure you are taking vitamins - relax and take some time for yourself to unwind - eat some chocolate - things like that help...i know its hard but try not to stress on financial and other things just try to enjoy being pg and take things one day at a time
- IKnow these are things you probably hear all the time and it may be difficult to just relax at times but you have to for your sake and the babys, and trust me they do help
