how can I allow in my inbox messages from an friend's address that I marked as spam by mistake?

and I already deleted all messages in my bulk. where block addresses was on!!!

Go into your inbox, go into your options
Then to
Blocked addressses
then remove the one you want.

usually you can go to your spam box, and check the sender's name, and do unmark, and the select spam. i dunno what e-mail you have, so i cant say in detail.
