My iPod is pretty much dead since I left it in the rain. :( But can I make like a temporary folder to save my iTunes songs or something like that?

save them to a file on your computer. just create a file and name it "itunes music", then transfer all your music from itunes to it. thenmove it into itunes for your new iPod.

if u have windows xp u can go to your music folder and there will be a folder call itunes u can either save that to your desktop or write it to a cd also like the other guy said u can just plug the ipod in and itunes will accepet the new one but if i were u i would just back up the songs and delete itunes and redownload it with the cd that the ipod comes with

I don't think you have to. Itunes will accept multiple ipods. I use 5 on mine.

if ur songs are already on itunes, when u get ur new ipod, just plug it into ur computer and all the songs will automatically transfer...
