The Indiana Jones movies. Action and comedy.
Another good one was Romancing the Stone and the sequel, Jewel of the Nile.
And then there was the classic, Blazing Saddles!

In my opinion, the best comedy/action movie are both Pirates of the Caribbeans, cuz they have both. Though, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest which is in theaters now is the best out of both, because that movie is totally cut in half! The first half is comedy and the second half is action all the way!!!!!!!!!!

Big Trouble in Little China, everything else is formulaic crap recycled with different "buddy" types, or unbelievable hero types (like Eddie Murphy) and this one is unique.
