No. The so-called alien we came to know or UFO and other hibbie-jibbie crap about E.T life are nothing but fake. However the idea of a spiral world, multiverse, parallel dimension co-exist within our universe timeline is a possibility. I imagine the UFO sightings are nothing more than time machine. Humans of the distant future or from another timeline.

I don't get the question. How would anybody on Earth know? To answer your question, though, I think there must be. The numbers of possibilities are staggering. 100 billion suns in our galaxy alone. There are trillions of galaxies, probably more, they're just too far away for their light to have reached us in 13.7 billions years (the estimated age of the universe).
