When is it time to end the War of Terror?

9-11 death total around 3000, now USA deaths due to the war in Afghanistan and Iraq now is at 2,500.
What has President Bush proved ?
When will you stand up and say no more?

The war on terrorism will be over when there is no more terrorism in the world. In other words, it's going to be an on-going battle until Judgment Day.

As long as there are evil men in the world (yes, evil DOES exist) such as Saddam Hussein, Al-Zarkawai and Ben Laden, America will be at war. These people in the Middle East are living in the 7th century of Jihads and their promise of 75 virgins in the after-life. The very fact that the promise of a GIFT of virgins from Allah is a motivating factor, what does that say about their attitudes toward women? And the fact they are willing to strap bombs to thier own children for Jihad, what does that say of their attitude toward their own children?

There will be no peace in the world until the Islamofacists of the world learn to love their own children more than they hate the U.S. or Israel. Or until the return of Jesus Christ, which will probably be first anyway!

Oh, and commenting on the death toll, there were over 50,000 casualties in the Viet Nam War, Nearly 100,000 in Korea and over a million lives JUST FROM AMERICA. But, for your liberal sensItivities, War never accomplished anything...EXCEPT:

1. Communism (fall of the Soviet Union)
2. Facism (the defeat of Germany and Japan in WWII) and
3. Terrorism (the death of Al Zarkawai, the deaths of Uday and Kusay Hussein and the capture of Daddy Saddam)

I go with Pomfar. He had the guts to fight for what he believes in while you sit there and criticize. The War against Terror will NEVER be over. Maybe you should have paid attention in History Class. Want a short, more sophomoric version - watch Kingdom of Heaven. Same principles apply 1,000+ years later. Because my father went to war, you aren't speaking German or going up a chimney.
