when you turn the same age as the year you were born(last 2 numbers of it) that's your golden birthday too

A fake ID is just that - a fake. It doesn't matter that it has "expired", a fake never really existed. Don't try and use it anywhere, you will be in even more trouble if caught and if a store keeper accepts it and sells you alcohol or any other age-restricted goods, they will also be in deep trouble. Destroy it and wait until you are legally old enough. Age restrictions are placed on certain items because in law you are not deemed responsible enough to use them. It seems in your case that the law is right.

It's called your Golden Birthday. Mine is when I make 30 (born on July 30). It rocks if yours is on the 21st!!
