I want to stay in touch and the Dell has bluetooth. Is there a way to stay connected driving from CA to WI???

you cannot stay connected all the time, you will havr to find wi-fi hotspots to be able to connect to the net at get your mail. Lots of places have wi-fi hotspots now. panera bread, starbucks etc

I have an Axim X30. Just find a Starbucks. Most of them have a wireless hotspot.

Some of the newer high end cars are coming out with bluetooth wireless technology, but until you buy a $60K Lexus, you;ll have to find a hotspot.

Not familiar with that computer, but if it can receive wireless internet then there are many places in the country where it is available. I have a laptop and can even drive through neighborhoods and connect. My email downloads, too.
