For the past 3 years, I have been threatened, screamed at, treated like a criminal, accused of doing things that I never did, and would never do, and they, the judges (all females) totally disregarded my child's health and welfare, ignored my pleas, and refused to take my police reports, medical documents, pictures etc.all because I had no lawyer. My child's father even confessed along with his attorney that he was in purgery of the law, his father confessed that grandma smokes pot everyday in the same household that my daughter must now live half of her life (visitation for a week every other week) and was exposed to many times, & countless other unlawfull deeds her father willingly chose to do as an alternative to compromise and cooperation with me, and still the judges wouldn't let me speak, theatened to take my child away from me, laughed out loud along with my ex's lawyer while discussing how they were going to put me in jail immediately, and this was all before I even spoke.

Your not the only one this has happened too. I had a judge in Charlotte County ,Florida and he did the same thing too me.. My x hired the best lawyer in Port Charlotte and Charlotte County and he knew the judge. My lawyer was late for court and the judge rimmed me out for it!! Then my x`s lawyer started talking to the judge about there fishing trip they had 2 weeks before and I knew I was screwed.. The judge never gave me a chance and I thought of filing an appeal but my lawyer told me to take what I could get. So this year I`m going to take him back to court and I`m getting a good layer this time and I`m gonna take it to his a s s !! This guy knows I got a raw deal and is going to ask for a new judge. I have 3 kids and he only pays me $100.00 a week. No insurance he ahs an IDO and they won`t do anything to him about it. I asked himt to help out with school clothes and nothing.. I know what your going thru!!!

most judges can see right through a woman's deception no matter how good of an act she puts on in court. Judge's have seen it all.
