Seeker, you are totally wrong. Your President is a good Christian. Blair is just money orientated to the nth degree as is his wife.

No he is just a self serving (Bush's) poodle who wants his place in history (infamy).
I agree that probably no other PM in recent times has done so much to harm British society, constitution, welfare, economy.
Well if he wasn't PM we would have to put up with his Mick Jagger impersonations as he had no talent as a trainee rock star.
I hear from people who have met him that he is not very bright,
I am not surprised as very few Lawyers that I have met have had a high IQ, most are diligent however and he has excelled at being an elected dictator, having wrestled democracy from both the country and his own party.
Can you believe that Teflon Blair seriously wanted to re-invent himself as a PRESIDENT of Europe, this guy has serious delusions of grandeur.
Still when we are finally liberated from his grip then he and George Wya will probably be making $30 - $40,000 dollars per night in the after dinner circuit in the USA and tony wil draw various directorship salaries (without doing any work) from various oil/chemical/defence companies which he has favoured over the past decade.
We will be glad to see the back of his freeloading wife as well.

Tony Blair is a good man who has made a few terrible mistakes. He wants to help people and I truly believe he tries hard to solve problems. He has been working hard to make Britain a fair, equitable, tolerant country. Has he achieved this? He has on a number of fronts.
His biggest mistakes are his unbending support for Bush and his use of the British Army to solve problems.
I suspect that he originally thought he could influence Bush and therefore stood shoulder to shoulder with Bush and the American people. Unfortunately, Bush has treated him like **** and does not show him the respect he deserves. This has left Tony in a major dilemma. If he longer supports Bush then what. He needs to do the right think and decide what is right for Britain.
Occasionally he has used the British Army correctly to help in areas of trouble e.g Bosnia, Sierra Leone. On the other hand he has sent the British Army to Iraq. For that he will never be forgiven. This was the wrong war.
Tony has made some great investments in education, health and employment. Britain, economically has prospered under him. He probably owe this success to Gordon Brown who has held the purse strings. I just wish he had someone to lead him on foreign policy. The poor man thinks he has all the answers but recent events have proved how bad his judgement is.
He will go soon, i wish is was now. He can then do the lecture circuit and earn himself lots of money.

Tony Blair is a Arsehole his labour party has made so much Red tape for every ones jobs be it the hospitals, police forces that nothing gets done till its too late and the only reason he backs America in every thing they do is that hasn't got the bollocks to stand on his own two feet and say NO to Bush,
He kisses butt just to keep his cushy job which he wont have very long unless he makes so major changes

Would you rather have Bush? We'll trade.

heavenlyhaggis - You've done nothing but prove my point. We'll trade. You like Bush and I prefer Blair. Bush is not a monster, but I appreciate Blair's stance on trying to bring some sort of civility to all the other leaders. Maybe our media have just been giving different points of view than what yours does and vice versa.

Uh...NO! He is America's strongest ally in the War on Terror. The only reason there is any doubt about how good he is, is that he is a considered a liberal like you! But at least he knows how to fight!!!

No, he's a sad, despised old power broker. He's had his day. He's turned the joint into a total nanny state. He's not long for government.
