I am getting tired of racist white people(not all white people are racist, just the racist ones). Whenever I see racism towards someone brown, no matter what race it is, I stand up for that person. I swear from now on I'm just going start swinging at any racist I meet in real life from the moment they start talking.
BTW I don't mind racist jokes like Carlos Mencia, just if someone else says and to what degree it is offensive may affect that also. Yes some brown people are racist too, but some actually have a reason other than straight up ingnorance.

Dealing with anyone who has a prejudice, be it racism, favoritism, reaction to gossip and hearsay or some other form, is usually the same. First, you try to explain that they are acting irrationally, but due to primacy (Social Psych, look it up) and upbringing this usually doesn't work.
Then you try to show them they're wrong; the problem being, using your case, if you put a member of the KKK in the middle of a crowd of educated, well-to-do "browns" he or she isn't going to get the warmest of greetings. The prejudice is self perpetuating.
At that point you have to put that person into one of two categories: people that can affect you, and people who can't. If they can alter your life or the life of a friend, then you do your best to hurt, humiliate, or otherwise render them harmless via means legal or slanderous. If they can't, just find somewhere else to be, it's a big world and people who don't recognize value in any other group of people won't succeed in the long run. It's just a matter of letting them rig their own noose :)

I'm white, I don't believe that the color or heritage of a person makes them any better or worse or more or less human than me, I think what makes a person a decent person is not found in the pigment of their skin. I have never experienced what it feels like to truly "hate" someone and I hope I never do, I do find racists to be very frustrating and I choose not to associate with people who act that way towards others.

I am white. I loathe racists and everything they stand for. Taking a swing at somebody will probably solve only one thing; the question of when you will die. Nobody has a GOOD reason for being racist. They are misguided and narrow minded. If you want to get violent then you're just giving them one more reason for being the way they are.

Racism has no basis in reason. It is totally illogical whether the person is white or black or brown or whatever. I don't mean to sound solicitous, but I have never been able to comprehend how anyone can possibly be racist. It just does not make any sense!! I

You are a worthless hypocrit. It's okay for Carlos, but if some else says it and to what degree. Get a life. Get over yourself. Don't like ingnorance? Maybe you should start by being less ignorant. Dumbie. You hate people who hate, so you obviously hate yourself.

How much do I hate racist people? Hmmm... as much as a non-racist black girl possibly can. And that's racists from ALL races, not just racist whites. I can't stand racist blacks, hispanics, asians, etc. I don't tolerate it from any race towards anybody who's done nothing wrong but be a different race that they couldn't even choose!!

No one likes being discriminated against, but remember that violence is not justified unless you're defending yourself or someone else. I know I'm sounding like an old lady, but you sound like the kind of person that wants to be on the side of righteousness. Don't let your hate carry you to the other side. By staying in control of your emotions and maintaining your balance, you will be a more effective warrior for your cause.

You sound like a closet racist who apologizes for the "cool" racists like Mencia and Lawrence.

I don't care for racists either. I used to live in a predominantly 'brown' area as you call it. I rarely ever was treated as well as other darker people. Did I let get to me? Nope. I knew I was better then them if that was how they were going to act. That's all that matters.

I don't hate them, that would just make me as ignorant as they are. I don't agree with them either, and I do try to avoid them like the plague. I'm white but I'm far from racist. I have children of different races. But I can certainly understand why you get so angry at them that you want to hit them. If you do that though, they win. All that does is reinforce their stereo types.
