how do I tell XP NOT to connect to a particular wifi?

My neighbor just installed a wifi which she has not secured. It seems as though every time my wifi gets weak it then tries to attach to hers. Prior to this, it would just reconnect to mine if ever there was a problem and it was restored. Now I have to click on the "more than one wireless network is available" link and choose mine. It's a pain because my wifi connection has been a tad flaky lately.

Control panel/network connections/right click wireless connection/properties/wireless networks/ remove any unwanted wifi networks.

Find in properties that say automatic reconnect...
