Hydrogen peroxide. It's what all the over-the-counter teeth whiteners have in them, even the Crest White Strips. It doesn't taste too good, but the best way to do it and to totally clean your teeth the best way is to wet your toothbrush with the peroxide then dip it in baking soda and brush your teeth with that. Or you could just dilute the peroxide with a little water or mouthwash and rinse with it, holding it in your mouth for no longer than a minute at a time, doing it about 2 or 3 times a day. Those are the cheapest ways to whiten your teeth at home. I've used Crest Whitestrips and they really work if you don't mind paying 20 or 25 bucks for them.

Crest white strips work well but the old fashion brushing 3 times a day with baking soda and toothpaste works great. My son said he heard sanding down the enamel and then putting bleach on works the best.

Ask your dentist about teeth whitening procedures. I had mine done and they looked amazing. I just had trays molded to my teeth and then filled then with whitening gel every night for a few weeks. It was very noticeable. This was years ago and I tried a touch up with Crest White Strips and they DID NOT work! It is more expensive at the dentist but worth it..........

Have your enamel deepwhite professionally. That's assured to paintings. If you are watching for extra low-cost methods... there are quite a lot of manufacturers of whitening strips that you'll prefer from. Those chewing gum matters that whiten enamel honestly paintings too (my pleasant pal's mystery to that first-rate smile of hers, who knew?). It simply takes a even as earlier than you'll see a massive change. Eating end result like strawberries, oranges, lemon aid to whiten enamel clearly. Just watch out to not overdo it with those end result, as a result of their acidic nature your enamel could also be weakened at the down part.

Brushing with a decent tooth paste, you might also brush and rinse with _diluted_ 3% peroxide(DO NOT SWALLOW) ask the dentist about the peroxide, it is actually included in some mouth washes and tooth pastes, smokers tooth polish is pretty effective also.

The Egyptians used uric acid. Yes they rubbed pee on thier teeth. In your case it might be the water supply, (too much sulphur). A lack of flouride as well.
