Once the movie leaves the theater, it will take about four months to be released on DVD.

It depends...some are on the streets ( bootlegs) as soon as the movie is released to theatres ( and sometime before). But legit DVD depend on how well the movie did at the theatres....The Christmas movie with Ben Affleck a few years ago did so poorly, that the DVD was released before Christmas even came that year.

It depends on the movie for example, a Spiderman movie would most likely be out on DVD quicker than a movie about rats kind of thing. It also depends on how well the movie has done in the theatres.

It depends on the movie. Some come out very close to the release date (smaller releases or those that aren't expected to make a lot of money) and blockbusters will take longer. Some may not be released till near the holidays...it depends on the title.

It takes about 7 to 9 month's most of the time. But it also depends how much fame did the movie have.The more fame or popularity the longer it takes.

it varies depending on box office sales...the average is usually 5-6 months. sometimes it can go to 8-9 months if box office sales are good.
