Hillary Clinton will say whatever she thinks will get her elected. Donald Rumsfeld has more military knowledge in his pinky then Hillary has in her whole body. Another example that if it's good for America then it's bad for the democrats.

At this point it's too late for him to resign, however, he's done a horrible job.

Making no preparations for the insurgency and denying its strength for so long. Not bringing in enough troops to do the job in the first place. Insisting on the war in the first place.

This train crashed a long time ago and Rumsfeld does not have the capability of cleaning up the wreckage. But, I don't think Bush would appoint anyone any better, so I think we're going to have to ride this out until it's finally over in '08.

I agree. This war has been botched from the start, to include using too many untrained National Guard. Our military has made sure they are not liked by most Iraqi's, to include the leader of Iraq. Most has been because of murdering civilians!

They did not have enough troops to weed out the radicals early, which would have kept the death rate down, We are right about 3,000 now!

Actually we should have never been there!

After the way that he has screwed up Iraq, what do you think. She is just one of the first senators that is calling for his resignation. There will be many more when the Iraqi civil war breaks out full force. Even Repuglicans will and has abandoned him.

Yes, I certainly do...he should have been canned a long time ago.
He set us up for failure from the very beginning...troopwise and otherwise. Did he listen to the generals early on? No he did not. He put forth his cavillier attitude in front of the press corps,...the grin, swagger and the cool ---- we'll be otta there in no time piece of cake attitude. Every time I see his picture I want to draw horns on his head. It is what he is. Throw that bum OUT!

If that wench told me that Satan was a bad man, I would start listening to what Satan really had to say. That woman (and I use that term lightly) has no right to judge any one or anything. She is an obstructionist and the worst thing that ever happened in this country. I have only venom where she is concerned.

No.

I think that the junior senator from NY suffers from Bubba's Syndrome.

It's a disease of "poll"iticians. It causes you to point in whichever way the polls are blowing.

Let's see, 2,600 dead American soldiers, 18,000 seriously injured, 100 thousand plus dead Iraqi civilians, thus far 400 billion dollars spent, major civil war between Sunnis and Shiite Muslims, no plausible end in sight . . . nope, I think he should stay the course.
