Wait at least ten days after your ovulation- most of the women have implantation between 8- 10 days after fertilization.
Doctors even say that its pointless to take a home pregnancy test before the day you expect your next period- you risk getting a false negative result. I know it's almost impossible to wait, but- spare yourself the disappointment- wait till the day your next period should start.
Alot of tests claim to detect pregnancy 4- 5 days before ur period is due but if you read the small shrift, you find out that only about 50- 60 % of women show a positive result that early ( when they are actually pregnant ! ).
Of course, that all sounds very reasonable, but i, personally, test about 2 days before my period is due and then on the day that its due, again :). And i know its stupid but waiting is just too hard :)

Good luck to you and i hope your dream comes true !!!
