If i download messenger with voice am I automatically charged? Or only if I use voice?

Yahoo messenger, with voice, is free.. the only time you would be charged is if you make a pc to phone call..
You can call pc to pc for free..

I have Yahoo Messenger with Voice and you only get charged if you make a PC to Phone connection, but making a PC to PC call, you don't get charged. It will let you know if you will get charged and it will let you know how much. Also using voice when it involves PC to PC is free.
