Iam about 5' 10" 170 lbs medium build

put your hands to your armpits and flap like a chicken- seriously its what young girls do thinking it gives you breasts,but it actually just works the muscle underneath the breast.dont feel bad about it-I'm a 30 year old women..with tiny breasts- you have too much I have too little

First of all two things have to be determined:

1. Is it because your bodyfat is too high that you have them?

or

2. Might you have gyno?

If it's #1 all you have to do is start eating right and weight training and doing cardio.

If it's #2 (which only a doctor can determine particularly since I have no pic to go on to tell you) then the doctor will have to do surgery to remove the fat. Generally speaking gyno fat sits in the nipples of men who have in it smaller cases. But as I said you'll have to see a doc to see if that's the case. Gyno is something that naturally occurs in a few men durring adolecence but can go away by adulthood. In others it stays and must be surgically removed. So if you've had this problem since childhood it could be gyno and could mean only surgery could solve your problem....That or bring your bodyfat down to unually low numbers (single digit numbers)

run a lot first and lose some weight , if u start lifting weights without running n losing sum pounds all the fat u have will turn into muscle and you will still have male boobs but they'll just be hard , so run and then lift LIGHT weights and do a lot of repetitions and use dumbells if u bench press one of ur arms depending on which is more developed will push faster and higher than the other one . with dumb bells they're both doing the same work out equally. good luck.

Diet, work out, do weights specifically for pecs. But if that doesn't work you might have a condition called gynaecomastia, where it's not just fat, your man boobs also contain glandular material.

Have a look at the BBC article below -- if that doesn't sound like you, it might just be a product of your age and weight, in which case, working out will do the trick.

C'mon gang, stop spreading rumors!! The fact is this, no matter what people say, you cannot convince your body to spot reduce fat. In other words, your body decides where it will store fat. If your body wants to deposit 10% of all new fat in your boobs, that's where it will go. You can use liposuction to spot reduce fat and it will redistribute the fat elsewhere, but naturally you can't do it.
What do you do about it? One comment above said stop using roids. I'll give you the benefit of that answerer's doubt and assume at only 170 lbs, you don't use roids (but if someone does, at 42 years old, your body can't process all the testosterone, and it converts to estrogen and makes boobs). Your body has decided to store a percentage of fat in your breast and the only way to reduce the amount of fat is to get leaner. You can do this naturally through diet and exercise. Doing pushups and heavy chest exercises will make your chest muscles larger, and guess what??? Push that fat out further and make bigger boobs!!! What I haven't mentioned yet is that building muscle will increase your metabolism and burn more fat so while the amount of fat on your boobs may decrease, the overall size (including muscle mass) might actually get bigger.

Diet to lose fat, do cardiovascular exercise to increase metabolism, and work out with weights to build muscle over your entire body. Dieting to lose fat means cutting out sugars, fats, and white breads. Only eat whole grains in the morning and early afternoon, and at night focus on lean meat and veggies. Don't eat within 3 hrs of bedtime.
Before doing cardiovascular exercise, check with your doctor! If he says you're fit enough, multiply your maximum heart rate by 0.6 or 0.7 and stay in this range while working out. Get a wristwatch style device so you can monitor your heart rate and stay in the zone between 60 and 70%.
Talk to a personal trainer (free with a membership at most gyms) before working out with weights. They'll recommend how to work out and stay relatively lean. Muscles take energy to stay alive and use fat as fuel when you're not working out. Get in the gym and best of luck to you.

They aren't saggy muscles, they are pockets of fat. Get in shape through cardiovascular exercise: running, moving, sweating. Cut the trans fats, sugars and excessive carbs and you'll see a difference eventually. Nothing happens overnight, but when you're in-shape you can still be a badass, sexy ninja with man boobs.

Excersize and don't drink too much or eat too much junk food.

You could also try going to a gym. Ask around and see if any gyms have a trial period where they let you work with a personal trainer for a day or two at a discount. You can ask them.
