i have heard you can change the colors on a computer to black and white. also you can set it to where it is easy on you eyes.

in display properties: [Right click desktop.]
go to settings
then change the color mode from colour to 2 colours.
note: some graphics cards do not support it anymore.

Start, settings, control panel, display, appearance, windows classic style, high contrast white.

You could always get a black & white monitor.

start, then control panel, then fonts, then from there ton of stuff to click on... I didnt want to click on any thing else
