Well, the well dressed part certainly makes a difference, it makes me think that this man that's giving it to me doesn't need the money. I might take it and go give it to an animals shelter, or a childerens hospital. Or, I live in a small town in Georgia (Ludowici) that doesn't have animal cruelty rules worth crap- I may use it to bribe them to install a few rules about animals that must be followed (Like dogs must be secured. If dog isn't secured he must be wearing a collar, leash, and tag with owner info.).
Why, would be: because this man is dressed up so nicely, there are obviously things the money could be used for besides this man. He's obvioulsy able to take care of things without the money. There are good deeds that could be done with it.

No, I would not take the money,becaues bad thing most often are hiden behide things that appear to be one way and turn out another. When the devil is after you ,he will always come dressed to kill and with a offer that is hard to refuse.

There would be a catch, and for 10K it would probably be something that I would not agree to. If he still wanted to give me the money I would tell him to go to my bank and deposit it, otherwise I would neither trust it or believe it.
