Hmmm.... I'd say you can't. Just let it happen and don't make a big deal out of it. It's not like yer the only guy in the world this happens to :)

As you grow older, and I'm not talking 40-50'ish but when you're out of puberty, this won't be a big problem anymore. Hopefully, you won't stop getting boners but they'll be more closely related to what's actually happening around you or in yer head.
