Bee stings: soak a rag in ammonia and apply to affected area

2nd choice of 1st aid: Apply meat tenderizer powder and make a paste "powder mixed w/ water", no water ? use spit ! it works in an emergency (Hiking etc.) just bring a tiny packet of meat tenderizer when camping, outdoors, etc., it does'nt take up much room, an has an almost infinate shelf life.

You can probably just leave the bees alone. If you really want ot get rid of their hive, call a professional exterminator.

If you are stung by a bee:
- use your fingernail or butter-knife to gently scrape the stinger out of your skin without squeezing the venom sac
- apply ice to the sting site for a little while
- if you rub an allergy pill on your skin at the sting site, it will reduce the redness and swelling
- there is nothing to worry about from a bee sting, unless you are allergic

Call your city or county and ask for bee removal services. I don't mind bees myself, but the Africanized kind can be dangerous. Almost all communities have some bee removal service.
