have you ever heard of PMS tea? There is such tea too, you can buy it right at your local grocery store in the section the tea is in!

Here is a site you can go to for info on PMS tea

Oh and you can take Midol or pamper for your headaches, backaches, bloating and cramps and if your cramps are so bad you can't stand them, you can get on birth control cuz that will definitely reduce the pain of your cramps!

You can go see a doctor if you are having major PMS - I do beleive that there is medication that will help. I have heard that herbal tea is good, a good hot pad on your belly and Tylenol or Mydol

If this is about your peroid, its ok. All girls get an "attitude" with their parents, siblings who ever. Just try to keep your cool!!! Just be happy it is only maybe a one week in a whole month. On my case only 3 days!!!

I swear by Women's Tylenol - so much better than Midol for me. Also, drink extra water, eat chocolate and try to walk.

Chocolate has an anti-depressant. Also, I find that if you sleep more, you're less growchy. It's true with everybody, but more so when your Great Aunt Hildegard is in town.

Definitely AVOID SUGAR!! That one is huge! It really makes a difference. I had less craps, less moodiness etc as soon as cut the sugar out. It really helps. Plus do as the other girls have said her too. :)
