Perhaps that's why some cigarettes are harsher then others..?

No. Either way you're just going to die. The only way not to have that problem is to not smoke at all. Sorry .

There is a cigarette out there that is called Quest. But it takes like ****, and is basically made out of herbs. Other than that, all cigarettes have about the same tar and nic. Menthol has the same as a extral light cig.

no its all the same or higher nic an tar and light cigg dont help u quit smoking just a good tip u should not smoke any way

Winston has less "extras" and Quest has less nicotine since the cigarettes are used as an aid to help quit.

Hello dear!
Yes, every brand has different contents, but please, quit smoking! Don't start it! It hurts you, your people and the environment! Although there are levels and varieties of brands, none is good! Smoking takes years of smoker's life and the ones left are no that good!
