Well, if he was still sucking up that coke he might....
Do I need to say anything more? What a joke. We should drive down to the nearest crack house and pick up our next President. Probably would get better results.
As for the girl below:
Thanks for the technological breakdown. We had no clue that this type of technology was out. You have really enlightened everyone.

This is a very good point--he went on vacation after getting the intelligence report forecasting 9-11, for a whole month, and was on vacation again while Katrina was closing in on New Orleans, while a real President would have been having recovery assets placed close enough to save the people and the city.
However, considering the lets be charitable and just say failed policies he has come up with (Iraq comes to mind) aren't we all better off the more time he spends away from the office?

Do you really think that in a country as powerful as the USA with all the technology at hand, that any president has to stay locked away in the White House to be "working"? What a idiotic idea. The president of the USA, no matter who he is, can work effectively from a tent in the middle of ANWR if he so wished.
To answer your question, it is called, BEING ON CALL. For every minute of every day while he (or she) is in office, the president of the US is on the job. They can be disturbed from any family dinner, awoke in the middle of the night, interrupted during a state function.
I will not go into what has happened in the White House that would not be considered "work".
So, before you make such silly claims, do some work, exercise your brain . . . THINK.

24 minutes a day, 7 hours a month.
and im willing to bet most of the time is spent talking about nonsense. on occasion he'll ask the people who do his job how theyre doing....theyll give him a thumbs up....then he'll go back and drink some coffee......grab a donut...watch the power rangers and then take a nap.

A President is never on vacation. They work from different locations, but they are still working.
Your bias is showing. Do some research about how many "vacations" Clinton took.

What, you never took work home with you? There are lots of people who take work with them on weekends, vacations. Just because he's not at the White House, doesn't mean he isn't working. You know better than that, Bunchie.
