I HAVE THE ANSWER TO ACNE!

I have a teen aged brother and me who have struggled with Acne for years...we tried many things, including Proactive and prescription medicines as well. Then, we found the solution.

(My brother who is also a teen is clear as well. This regimen takes about 8 weeks to be completely clear but you will see gradually the acne go away. There is no cure for acne, so you have to do the regimen every day until acne goes away.)

If you want something cheap try this. Most teen acne is caused by a Zinc deficiancy, so get some Zinc, and while you are in the vitamin store pick up A and D Vitamins which are good for the skin. Wash your face with a tea tree soap (which dries the skin) and use a vitamin A (Retinol) cream after. That should help. It isn't a fast thing and will take a little time, but it usually works well. You will have to be consistant and use it every day. Should cost a total of about $25 to $30 and last about 2 months (at one bottle of each).

Go to a Target or a Walgreens and get a product called Klear Action. It's a rip off of Pro-Activ. As a matter of fact, it has the exact same ingredients. It's a 3 step program: a cleanser, an astringent for oil, and a topical solution. I've tried everything from Accutane to the real Pro-Activ, and I'm telling you the honest truth: This stuff is the best on the market for $20.00!!

If you have medical insurance, consider going to your doctor's and asking for Acutane. I took it when I was a teenager and it worked miracles. It's a long process but so worth it. I had bad acne and after completing Acutane I've never had a break-out like that since, just an occasional pimple here and there. I tried everything, that was the only thing that worked for me.
