I'd go with Thanos or Onslaught. However, I know for sure that Onslaught could beat all the super heroes put together, that's why it took humans to take him out. And Thanos, well he's Thanos, he's in love with Death, he's immortal, and he doesn't tend to loose any of his battles.

Also, I know that Tyrant, the spawn of Galactus was able to kidnap Silver Surfer, Terrax, Morg, Beta Ray Bill, Gladiator, Captain Marvel, Jack of Hearts and Ganymede.

Superhero: The Hulk, he sometimes can't really be classified as a 'hero' because he fights anybody that makes him angry.

Supervillian: Probably Thanos
