There was a time years ago when I wasn't taking care of myself after working out and playing sports. So, now I have a few blackheads on my scrotum that I don't know how to get rid of. None of my previous partners has said anything about it, but then again, those weren't situations where a lot of honest open communication was going on. (Drunk sex or casual relationships, sorry if it offends you.) I'm self-conscious about it and am worried that it's a serious issue for a girl. Perhaps even a deal breaker?
