Odd though it might sound, I suggest you download and use a genuine anti-spyware program(s). Unfortunately, spyware can resurrection themselves, even after being deleted. The only sure way to know if you removed all traces of spyware is to use a antispyware program. Unlike antivirus software, you should use multiple anti-spyware programs. The three best free anti-spyware programs are: Spybot Search & Destory, Lavasoft's Ad Aware and Microsoft's Windows Defender. In the case of Windows Defender, you have to go through Microsoft's WGA to download it. You can find all these software at:

After downloading and installing the programs, you need to update each program. Afterwards, scan your computer using one anti-spyware program at a time. Quarantine all suspicious files rather than delete them - just in case you delete some important file. If you run all three programs then you can rest assured that your PC is spyware clean.

hi, The spyware cannot be removed in the normal way. Perhaps you can try Norton or Macfee to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

go to your start menu, control panel, add/remove programms, when the list generates, look for spywareBot, remove it if it shows up, if it doesnt, go through your program files folder till you find the folder for SpywareBot, click on the folder so that it is highlighted, then press Shift and Del at the same time, then click ok. this will delete the folder and anything in it straight off your computer instead of just going to the recycle bin.
