I am about to go to a private black college. I am not sure if many girls at that school will be gay or ok with gay people. Will I be able to fing a girlfriend in college? If not, where could I find one?

you might try creating a myspace profile and look up the kids at the college your going to from there. You might get lucky and find some kids online that way.
My teen daughter has a profile on there and a girl added her as a friend because she is new in our town and doesn't know anyone. She's the one that actually came up with the idea, but her and my daughter are now friends and they are going to go to school together the first day.

Just be yourself, then have as many friends as you can. Then during one of your conversations, mention something about lesbians or gays (like Ellen DeGeneres for instance or same-sex marriage) and see how they'll react. Then if one friend says they're okay with it and have no problem, then u can probably come out to her when you're alone with her... She could probably help you scout girls and find u a girlfriend even.. Heck, she might be even open to a relationship, ie, if she's bi-curious or whatever...
If this doesn't work, then, u might wanna delay having a girlfriend in college... coz sometimes when u least expect it, someone comes along and then boom, u fall for her and she falls for you too, so just take your time grrl and don't be in a hurry... Good luck in college.

My school has a gay/straight alliance thing. You could check if yours does and see if you meet any new hotties. Worked for me.
