I saw an old friend and he gave me a kiss and it was really more plutonic than intimate and i shared this with my new husband( but at the time we were only dating) because he happen to be there and wondered where i had gone for 15 minutes but did not know this happened and now that i have told him he has gone thru the roof and said that he would have never married me if he knew this before we married. do you think that this is riduculous and we should forget it and move on or do you think this is reason to break up over.He feels that i have compromised because of this.

Sorry to say it, but this does not bode well for the future of your relationship.

Well, even if it was platonic, it was still a kiss, and you have to take your husband's feelings into consideration b/4 you do something like that. You are not just your own person now, you have to think about him too. I would get pissed off if I saw (or if he told me) that he kissed some other girl, even if it was 'platonic' or not. I wouldn't believe that. He does have every right to be upset about this.

Hmmm...wonder what happened to good ole fashioned trust??? Sounds like he's the type that would get jealous even if you received a kiss from a relation!!! He needs to get a grip and accept the fact that it was in the past, and move on!!!

Has your husband never kissed a woman before he met you? Your man is a jealous lunatic. Expect to live a very dominated life.

if it happend before you were married and it was just a friend thing then whats his problem, is he insecure??? he needs to get over it, if you feel the need to break up then do it, but i dont think its any reason too, unless he's making a big issue of it
