It is definitely muscle. People do not realize that losing fat and gaining muscle can help you put on wieght. Why do you think pro athletes are in trouble with steroids? They are not just trying to put on muscle, but also weight. Doctors will prescribe steroids in some cases to help very thin people to put on weight.

Your muscles are getting firmer and you have gain body mass back by rebuilding your muscle tissue.

I consider Gabriella Angel. That one's first-rate. I'm assuming Charisma Gage is for a feminine little one? Gage is commonly a person's title, so I fairly woldn't suggest utilizing it except she is having a boy. I do not just like the title Charisma both....Maybe use Christina or Katelynn?

Yes, definitely muscle. Good bodybuilders have the same mind when it comes to sculpting, that a sculptor has.

i think its muscle because i heard that muscel weighs more than fat. and if your on a diet theres no way you could have gained fat. to see if its muscel try going to a swimming pool and try to float on your stomach. if you sink you gained muscel. if you float you gained fat. hope this helps.
