I can't stand people that can't do 2 things at once. Should they be banned?

YES they should be banned from using them in your vehicle if the vehicle is moving.
It is much like the no smoking detail going on. They will get to the phones, it will take time. Many people will have accidents, some of them fatal, before they do something. I have counted the number of drivers I observe talking on the cell phones. More people do than don't. They pull out in front of other cars, slam on the brakes, it goes on and on.
The really sad part to this cell phone usage are the teens. They are as bad as the adults. They learn how to drive, grab their phones and get on the road. WHY does it seem we never do anything until there is a tragic accident?

If they can ban drinking and driving because it is dangerous to other drivers, then using cell phones and driving should be banned too. It is just as dangerous, because people cannot concentrate on the road and talk on the phone at the same time.

I like the people that DO pull off the road to take a call.Once saw a guy in a pickup,driving,talking on the phone and another phone in his other hand!!

yes driving and txting is not good... many meet accident that one... they should banned using celphone while driving.
