I have written several short-stories when I was in college and want to publish them, any thoughts on the best way to go about this?

There are guides with publishing resources listed, as well as magazines that accept short stories. You can read through to determine the company that is a good fit, and follow their instructions to submit. Some places only want an outline, others full text, some have word limits, some don't take unsolicited manuscripts, etc. Each company has its own rules or wants. Just ask at Barnes and Noble or Borders and they should know what you need. Good luck!
