Ha, ha, ha, you made me laugh. I don't think that too many people will understand what you are doing here. It's not a new one, but it is funny.
Okay, this is just to prove that I understand you: the ones who assume that assuming is not safe make the big mistake to...assume something! That's just not safe, is it? The ones who assume that assuming is safe don't go anywhere since they just assume something.

As the old saying goes: You know what you get when you assume? You make an ***-out of -U-and ME. Thats how you get assume.
To answer the question directly, no. It is not safe on any account and we will never learn because we are creatures of habit. Iver learned never to assume and even when certain of something, to hedge my bets just in case it isnt.

Assuming is never safe because you are drawing your own conclusions to things that you dont have all the facts to. Hence, the assumption.

I've learned in a short time that assuming is not only unsafe but very foolish, as well. So in answer to your question, no, I don't think it is.
