Why do we complain about immgration when we trash other people's country?

Surely we can not complain if all Iraqis and Afghanis found their way to our borders, right?

If I lived in a Democracy and I had a part in the decision making, I would vote to send all these people back and make them come in legally. But since I live in a border-line facist government and my vote means nothing unless approved by a committee, it doesnt really matter.

I do not agree with the war in Iraq because no justification was provided as proof. Afghanistan was different. The attacks on 9/11, if infact perpetuated by Osama Bin-Ladan, certainly deserved an answer.

PS to the other responder. We are not TEACHING these people anything. We are IMPOSING our belief on them. But what do you expect, this is the American way I suppose. At least if you are a christian supporting right wing fundamentalist facist who supports GW.

How exactly are we trashing their country? The people under Osama Bin Laden are bombing their own country bcuz our GIs are over their trying to teach them a democratic way of life, something they asked for at the begginning of all of this. We have put millions of sollars into rebuilding their coutry and continue to stay so that the regime of Satan doesn't take over again. Obviously you haven't read about atrocities against women when Saddam was in. They killed women bcuz they were raped and therefore brought shame to their families. Why would anyone want to live like that? we have done a service to most of the Iraqis that we've touched and fro those that say we haven't well, go back and live under Saddam. That question is inflammatory and asked in ignorance.
