My husband takes ResQ1250 a very large fish oil capsule. He left some in a pocket and I did the laundry. Now the clothes that were with his shirt smell like fish oil. I've washed them 3 times and they still smell. Tried Febreeze but even that doesn't work. Any fishermen,or anyone else, out there who know how to get rid of this odor?

Use white vinegar in your wash water. A cup or more depending on how bad they smell. I think I might use 2 cuos or more.

Hi, My son in law is a mechanic,I spray pesticides and need to tune up gas/electrical sprayers. All of that gets Both of us greasy!
LESTOIL! for some reason oil removes oil!
After that it is easy to re-wash a couple of times and get theLestoil smell out!
NEVER USE THE DRYER THROUGH this PROCESS!
Do not use the dryer until you are happy with the results or you are stuck with what you get!!!

Try washing them again, but add a cup of baking soda.
