1) Act locally: Educate folks. Talk it up. Sneak it in though so you don't come off preachy. Example: take their admiration of some cute critter or plant and run with it.

2) Think Globally: No more panda-burgers on Friday nights.

3) Promote the annihilation of all of humanity. We just take up too much space in all eco-systems. We fill most every niche. There are just too darn many of us. Look at humanity's biomass and compare it to any other land species of heterotroph. Sadly it is ultimately us or them unless we have a radical fertility control system. Good luck getting public acceptance on THAT one.

1. Research what the endangered species of plants, animals & other forms of life that exist in your area so you can learn to identify them.

2. Promote public education and awareness of the need to protect endangered species by joining a local ecological preservation club.

3. Donate funds to bonafide organizations whose purpose is to help protect endangered species.
