Bio-Oil is supposed to be really good for reducing the visibility of stretchmarks, but it's only available in the UK, Australia and South Africa. Look on the internet for it, otherwise any vitimin E cream, or cocoa butter based body cream or lotion, will do.
Cocky means arrogant or conceited, but in a cheeky way.

rub lotion on them, they make lotion for stretch marks.
