But many men get turned off if they find out they're fakes (thinking you're a fake), probably about the same number of men that get turned on by the big ones.

That depends, if you go with the alien look of pam anderson, tara reid, etc,etc. than no....unless you plan a job as a side show freak.
If you go to a good sugeon and keep it natural looking.That can be alright.

no they are gross...natural is much better no matter how small or large...the fake ones feel and look fake..their only advantage is if your cruise ship or plane goes down in the ocean then you would be able to use them as life perservers...
