Easy, just tell her the truth. You don't have a ride. Also mention that you do have something on your mind about tomorrow's events. Apologize and ask to hang out another time.

The best way to break it to her is to just tell the truth. I mean, you can butter it up a bit to make it sound like you really want to be with her, but don't lie completely. Just say that you're really tired tonight, and you have to get up early to do something the next day, so you'd rather not do something tonight. Then make sure to suggest a rain check. If she's really your friend, so won't take it hard and she'll be cool with it.

If she's your friend, be open and honest with her. Tell her what you told us. It's no crime to have no car, or transportation.
She'll understand, that you have other commintments.
Put yourself in her shoes and the situation was reversed. Would you accept her explanation? I'm sure you would, so give her the same respect.

you don't want to go? MIght that be why you don't have a ride?
This is one time, when you need to exaggerate. You could try saying, "Amber, (Is that her name? It doesn't matter.) I'm sorry, but I can't head over to your house, today. Could we please, reschedule?".

just tell her honestly your problem.
if she is your friend, then she would work something you with you, else she would also understand and leave you alone, and respect your decision.

You won't be able to put her off indefinitely.
