I can't say I'm an authority on ghetto's, however, I have seen Chicago's west side, Detroit's slums and parts of New York that I'm ashamed to say are even in this country. If I were to judge, I would say the final vote would be a three-way tie!

I would probably have to say DC, Chicago, NYC (of course), Miami and LA. At least from what I've seen in my travels.
