I have an 03 Trailblazer and the owners manual doesn't state which fuse is the one 4 the access. power outlet

its under your dash..theres a diagram on the backside of the fuse box

It's probably the same fuse that controls the cigarette lighter, unplug the fuse and test the power outlet to see if you still have power.

It should be in the fuse block either under the hood or in the block underneath the rear drivers side seat.
