how can i build a highly detailed model car in the house,i doesnt matter ho much it cost,but im bored?

Most people will carve them from wood. Then add details of other materials as appropriate. Use a dremel and have fun. They will be painted with an airbrush and automotive paints.

There are clubs that do this. Contact your local hobby shop. See if they have any shows coming up and go see what people do, they are really amazing...
