What are the exact feature / capability differences between the 5 models of Moto RAZR? Limit comments to Moto RAZR. I am not seeking suggestions for other brands at the moment, thanks.

V3- VGA Camera, 4mb memory no expandable memory, quad-band.(can use in U.S. and Canada)
V3i-1.23 megapixles camera, there is expandable memory. Got special edition- V3i D&G (gold colour phone) also comes in many other different colour such as maroon and blue.
V3x-2.0 megapixles camera, expandable memory, 3G enabled and video call. Quad band and WCDMA(can use in Japan)
V3c-Operates on CDMA frequency.(can use in Korea)

V3 comes with basic features. camera, videeo recorder, etc.
V3i comes with better camera/video recorder, and mp3 player built in.
V3c & V3m are very similar, and but they are both for verizon, so you cant unlock them to put in your own SIM card (which you can do for the V3,v3i, and v3x)
v3x is the best out of all fo them. it has a 2.0 megapixel camera, mp3 player, and tons of other features.
