Suck it in. Think of bashing in the persons skull but just don't do it. Imagine telling the person off or giving them a piece of your mind. Make yourself laugh. You can do it.

First try to control your emotions and don't think about what opthers say. You should develop an attitude like this... "Let the world go to hell!!! I don't care them!!!" If someone comments on you which is not a sincere comment or appriciation in any ways then you should just ignore it. Remember... "Elephant walks on ahead and the dogs bark at its back but it doesn't look back or bark at them." So, be an elephant!!!
You should try this method. When you wake up in the morning while you are still in the bed, just close your eyes and repeate some words like these...
"TODAY I will control my emotions... I won't let anybody hurt me in any ways... I won't care if any one comments on me... I won't feel sad nor will I ever again cry like this..."
You don't have to utter these words. Just say to yourself and with inner force and repeate them for some 2 or 5 minutes daily for some days and you will SEE the EFFECT!!!

Crying is a real beautiful thing. It is a very special release of your feelings. Some people have such a lack of feeling inside that they never cry. And that is reaally sad.

Manifest your feeling of hurt and emotion into something useful. Like art, or jogging, or just plain beat the tar out of someone every once in a while (only if they truly deserve it). it will make you feel better, I promise
